SERVICES
Tower One Construction provides many project delivery methods to our clients. We will work with you to develop a plan that will efficiently and effectively meet or exceed the complex and diverse requirements of your project. These methods include General Contractor, Construction Management Services and Design Build.
General Contractor
As a general contractor, the owner/architect provides plans and specifications to Tower One Construction for the bidding process in order to develop a construction budget. Upon approval of the budget, Tower One Construction proceeds with construction of the project in accordance with the plans and specifications. All work is completed with a combination of Tower One Construction force accounts and sub-contractors, all managed by Tower One Construction.
Construction Management
As a construction manager, Tower One Construction provides pre-bid/pre-construction services which consist of project development, conceptual estimates, preliminary scheduling, value engineering and sub-contractor/bid packages. After plan development, Tower One Construction can proceed with the bidding process including bid organization and evaluation. Upon final award of the contract, Tower One Construction continues with the construction phase which is comprised of materials procurement, contract administration and sub-contractor contracts.
Design Build
Tower One Construction works in a team environment with the owner/architect/contractor through the design development phase providing conceptual estimating and overall scheduling for the timely advancement of drawings, specifications and building permits. Once the plans and specifications have been developed, we obtain individual bids from qualified subcontractors and proceed with the project construction.
